On Pro we answer the ones on your pages, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, within 4 business hours and up to 300 replies a month. You can also add them as the Comments and messages extra, $750.00 a month.
What happens with messages on the weekend?
They wait for Monday. Weekends are not covered on any plan.
Is paid promotion included?
No. Boosting posts and running ads is our PPC service, and the ad spend goes straight to Meta or TikTok.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The plans run month to month, with 30 days’ written notice.
