Local SEO
Local SEO for the search that ends at your door.
Local SEO is the monthly work on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your listings and your website: the things Google weighs when someone nearby searches. It works the same in any city, in English and Spanish.
An animated map, with Miami as the example. Someone searches for a bakery from Little Havana, then from Kendall, then from Coral Gables. Rings show the distance, the businesses that sell what was searched stay lit, and the profile with answered reviews, posts and matching listings stands out. The three map results change with where the person stands.
- DistanceWhere the person searching stands.
- RelevanceDoes your profile match the search?
- ProminenceHow well known you are, online and off.
How the map works
Google names three things. Two of them are work.
Google publishes how it ranks local results. We put its words next to what we do about each one.
Distance
“How far each business is from the customer who's searching.”
Nobody can move your door. We check that your address, or the area you serve, is right on Google and everywhere else, and we track the searches where you can win.
Relevance
“How well a Business Profile matches what someone is searching for.”
We set your categories and services and write the profile in the words your customers use. On your website we fix up to 4 pages a month, or build 2 new ones.
Prominence
“How well-known a business is.”
We answer your reviews, publish your posts and keep your listings on the same name, address and phone. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking.

Read Google’s pageEvery month
Your profile, part by part
One location on the Starter plan gets all six parts, every month.
Name and category
Your real name, the way it reads on your door and your receipts. Google can suspend a profile that stuffs keywords into it.
4 posts a month
Offers, news and photos on the profile itself, in English, Spanish or both.
Every review answered
The good ones and the bad ones. You get a link and a QR code to ask every customer for one.
Listings that match
Directories that show the same name, address and phone as your profile.
Your website
Fixes on up to 4 pages a month, or 2 new pages.
The report
Your position in Maps for up to 15 searches, plus the calls, direction requests and website clicks that came from the profile.
What we won’t do
Shortcuts that cost you the profile
Some agencies sell them. Google bans them, and it can suspend the profile that uses them.
Reviews we write or pay for
Google’s policy bans reviews that don’t come from a real experience, and reviews paid for in money or in kind.
Asking only happy customers
The link and the QR code go to everyone. Google bans asking for positive reviews selectively.
Keywords stuffed into your name
Your name stays the one on your storefront. Extra words can get the profile suspended.
A virtual office as your address
If you go to your customers, Google asks you to hide the address. A rented address you don’t work from can’t hold a profile.
Bought links
Not on any plan.

Questions
What owners ask about local SEO
How long until I show up on the map?
We don’t promise a date or a position. Google sets the order with relevance, distance and prominence, and it says no one can pay for a better local ranking. You do get your position for up to 15 searches every month, so you can see it move.
Do I need a storefront for local SEO?
No. If you go to your customers, Google asks service-area businesses to hide their address, and we set the profile up that way. A virtual office or a remote mailbox can’t hold a profile.
Can you get me more reviews?
We give you a link and a QR code to ask every customer, and we answer every review that comes in. We don’t write reviews, pay for them or ask only the happy customers. Google bans all three.
Can I show up in areas where I have no location?
On the map, distance weighs a lot and no profile beats it. For the rest of the search results, the Pro city program builds a page for each city or area you serve, with real data for that place.
What does the monthly report show?
Your position in Google Maps for up to 15 searches we pick with you, plus the calls, direction requests and website clicks that came from your profile.
How much does local SEO cost?
From $1,500.00 a month for one location, with no setup and month to month. Growth and Pro have a 3-month minimum. More than 3 locations get a custom quote.
Can it be in Spanish?
Yes. Posts and the report come in English, Spanish or both at the same price, and we answer each review in the language it was written in.
