Billing

How billing works

The same rules for every service.

Monthly plans: Paid in advance, on the same day each month. Card or bank transfer (ACH), no card surcharge.
Projects: Web and branding: 50% to start, 50% before launch or delivery.
Cancelling: 30 days’ written notice. Inside a minimum term, the remaining months are due.
Bundles: With an active PPC plan, each extra monthly service costs $150.00 less a month.
Consulting: $200.00 an hour. 1 hour minimum, then 30-minute blocks, with written notes.
Marketing audit: $500.00, credited in full against a setup signed within 30 days. The 20-minute call is free.
Founding clients: The first 5 businesses that sign a plan before December 31, 2026 pay half the setup. In return, they agree in writing to a case study with their figures at 90 days.
Sales tax: Prices do not include sales tax. Where Florida applies it, it is added to the invoice.

Questions about pricing

What is included, and what is not?

The work listed on each row, counted out: ads, posts, pages and reports. Not included: ad spend, hosting and domain, and third-party tools such as your CRM or call tracking.

Is ad spend included?

No. You pay Google and Meta directly, with your card, in your own accounts. The plan fee covers ad spend up to a cap: $5,000.00 a month on Starter, $10,000.00 on Growth and $25,000.00 on Pro. Above the cap, we charge 10% of the excess. Example: Growth with $14,000.00 in ad spend pays $2,500.00 + $400.00 = $2,900.00 that month.

Is there a minimum term?

PPC plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. So do SEO Growth and Pro. SEO Starter, content marketing and website maintenance are month to month from day one. To cancel, give 30 days’ written notice.

Can we work in Spanish?

Yes. Ads, posts, emails and reports in English, Spanish or both, at the same price. Websites are the exception: a second language is written, not machine-translated, so it adds $500.00 to a landing page and $250.00 per page to a business website.

What about online stores or more than three locations?

Those are quoted to measure. Online stores (WooCommerce or Shopify) start at $10,000.00. More than three locations, more than three ad platforms or over $50,000.00 a month in ad spend also get a custom quote.
