Meta Ads in Miami and who each ad reaches.

For your Miami business, Meta Ads means Facebook and Instagram ads we plan and run for the audience Meta allows. An ad for a home, a job, insurance or a loan gets a wider, fixed audience, and we write it for that. Starter costs $1,250.00 a month plus a $500.00 setup.

The 15-mile circle

One city in your ad, most of the county in your audience

Housing, job and financial ads can’t use ZIP codes, and any city, address or pin you pick comes with a 15-mile radius. For a city, Meta measures it from the center. In Miami-Dade, a circle that size crosses city lines almost everywhere.

We measured it between the Census Bureau’s center points of the county’s 34 cities. Around the City of Miami, the circle takes in 30 of the other 33. Around Aventura, it reaches into Broward as far as Fort Lauderdale.

None of it can be taken back out, because these ads can’t exclude places. Only the far south stays small: around Homestead, the circle holds 3 other cities.

Meta checks the delivery too. Since 2023, it measures the mix of people who saw each US housing, job or credit ad and steers delivery toward the full audience the ad could reach.

We put the neighborhood or the city in the ad’s first line, and the photo shows the place. Someone 15 miles away can tell at a glance whether it’s for them.

Meta draws its circle from its own city center, so the count can change by a city or two.

Who falls in

Homes, jobs, insurance and loans: what Meta counts

Three of Meta’s special ad categories cover housing, employment, and financial products and services. In the US the audience rules are the same for all three.

Housing covers homes and apartments for sale or rent, temporary housing included, and offers of homeowners, renters and mortgage insurance. Employment covers jobs, internships, job fairs and job boards.

The financial category has been required in the US since January 21, 2025, in place of the old credit category. It covers loans, credit cards, bank accounts, investments and insurance, plus 0% APR installment plans, in-house ones included.

If an ad needs a category and runs without one, Meta may reject it. Choosing one doesn’t slow the review, and if you think a rejection is wrong, you can ask for a review in Business Support Home.

Two languages

Why the language setting stays empty in Miami

Meta’s language setting is optional. Meta says to use it only for a language that isn’t widely spoken where the ad runs, and 67% of Miami-Dade residents age 5 and over speak Spanish at home.

Left empty, the setting lets Meta show the ad to people it predicts can understand its language, even if their apps run in another one. A bilingual customer whose Instagram is set to English can still get your Spanish ad.

Each language gets its own ad, written for its reader, and Meta shows each one to people likely to understand it. Meta’s option to carry several languages in one ad isn’t available when the ad opens a messaging app such as WhatsApp.

In Pew’s 2025 survey, 74% of Hispanic adults in the US use Facebook, 62% use Instagram and 56% use WhatsApp. Meta’s ads run on all three.

The plans

What each plan adds to your Meta ads

Starter runs one platform, Meta or Google, with at most 2 campaigns at a time and 8 new ads each month, 2 of them videos. It costs $1,250.00 a month plus a $500.00 setup. After a 3-month minimum it runs month to month.

Prices do not include sales tax. Where Florida applies it, it is added to the invoice.

Growth puts Meta and Google in one plan, tracks phone calls and includes a landing page built during setup. Pro adds a half-day shoot of photos and video at your business in Miami-Dade, once a quarter. We give you both prices on the call.

The fee holds while your monthly ad spend stays at $5,000.00 or less on Starter, $10,000.00 on Growth and $25,000.00 on Pro. Above that, we add 10% of the excess. You pay the ad spend straight to Meta, and to Google if your plan runs it.

Getting started

From the first call to the first report

Here is how a Miami business starts on Meta with us. No ad spends a dollar until you approve the launch.

  1. 1. You write to us

On WhatsApp or with a message, in English or Spanish, at no cost. If you already advertise on Meta, we look at your account and go over its campaigns and what each one brought in.

  2. 2. The order

You sign an order with the plan, what it covers and the fee. Each month is paid at its start, by card or ACH bank transfer.

  3. 3. Your accounts stay yours

We work with partner access. Your Facebook page, your Instagram account and your ad account stay in your name, and Meta charges the ads to your own card.

  4. 4. Tracking before the first ad

We connect the Meta pixel and the Conversions API to your site and count each WhatsApp tap and each form sent, with GA4 alongside. If the offer is a home, a job, insurance or a loan, we set the campaign’s special ad category before it runs.

  5. 5. The month’s 8 ads

Two are short videos cut from footage you send, and six are images or carousels. Spanish ads are written in Spanish, not translated from English. Someone on our team checks each claim, and the first ads go live only after you approve them. No footage? We can film at your business in Miami-Dade: a half-day content shoot is $1,400.00.

  6. 6. Every week

We review the results, move budget to the ads that start chats and send you a summary on WhatsApp.

  7. 7. The first monthly report

It compares what the ads cost with what they brought: chats, forms, booked appointments and the cost of each appointment.

Questions

What Miami advertisers ask about Meta Ads

How much do Meta Ads cost in Miami?

With us, Starter costs $1,250.00 a month plus a $500.00 setup, for one platform. It has a 3-month minimum, then runs month to month, and you stop with 30 days’ written notice. That fee holds up to $5,000.00 of monthly ad spend, which you pay to Meta.

Is my ad in a special ad category?

Yes, if it offers a home, a job, insurance, a loan or a payment plan. Meta’s lists name rentals, homeowners insurance, job fairs, auto loans and 0% APR installments. Hotels, gift cards and tax preparation stay out. Meta says its lists aren’t complete, so we check each new offer before it runs.

Can I aim a housing ad at one ZIP code in Miami?

No. Housing, job and financial ads can target a country, a state or a city, never a ZIP code, and they can’t leave places out. A city, an address or a pin also brings in everyone within 15 miles, so in Miami-Dade the audience crosses city lines.

Can I show my ads only to Spanish speakers?

Not reliably. You can choose Spanish in the ad set, but Meta says results can still come from outside your language settings. It also keeps the setting for languages not widely spoken where the ad runs. In Miami we leave it empty, write the ad in Spanish and let Meta find people likely to understand it.

Can I still use my own customer list?

Yes. Housing, job and financial ads can use custom audiences, such as a list of your customers or the people who visited your site, through Ads Manager. Lookalike audiences built from them are not available. Meta also dropped the extra rules for customer lists that it had announced for 2025.

Can you work in the Meta ad account I already have?

Yes. On the first call we go over what it has already run. If the account doesn’t send events from your website’s server yet, we add the Conversions API next to the pixel before the first new ad.

Can I spend less on ads in a slow month?

Yes. You set the ad budget, and you can lower it or pause the ads while you can’t take on more work. Our fee stays the same: it covers any ad spend up to your plan’s cap.
