Cosmetic surgery clinics · Web design
Website design for cosmetic surgery clinics and plastic surgeons, with a landing page for each campaign.
A clinic website has to work on a patient’s phone, for Google and with your ads. We write it in English and Spanish, and build it in WordPress so your team edits it without code. Landing pages start at $1,500.00 and clinic websites at $4,500.00.

Speed
Speed, measured on a clinic site we built
Google calls a page good when its main content appears within 2.5 seconds and its layout shift stays at 0.1 or less. It looks at the 75th percentile of page loads, on phones and on desktops apart.
We plan for speed from the first page. We size each image for the screen it shows on, keep plugins few and cache the pages, then test on real phones before launch.

Before and after
Where the before-and-after gallery goes
SafeSearch is Google’s filter for explicit results. It is designed to filter out pages with images of exposed breasts or genitals, and it aims to allow explicit content with educational, documentary, scientific or artistic value.
When a site mixes a lot of explicit and non-explicit pages, Google recommends grouping the explicit ones on a separate domain or subdomain. Otherwise its systems might filter the whole site when SafeSearch is on.
For a clinic that shows breast and body results, that decides where the gallery lives. We plan its place with you before we build.
Booking forms
Tracking tags on the booking form
The HHS guidance on tracking tools says those on many public pages of a HIPAA covered entity do not have access to protected health information. A page where patients book an appointment without logging in may be different.
Its example is a tracker that collects the email address or the reason for the visit when someone books. A line in the privacy policy is not enough to allow that.
Without the patient’s authorization, the vendor needs a signed business associate agreement, and the disclosure needs a permission under the Privacy Rule. A court vacated part of this guidance on June 20, 2024.
The vacated part is the case of an IP address plus a visit to a public page about a condition. The booking example is a different case.
Meta has its own limits. Health information is on its list of prohibited information, and for some data sources a core setup cuts every URL down to the domain and drops custom parameters.
Custom conversions can’t refer to a specific health condition either, and a flagged one can’t be used in a new campaign. On our landing pages, the form send and the WhatsApp tap are tracked as events.
Our advice: ask about the procedure on the call, not in a form field a tracker can read. Your privacy adviser decides which tags run on the booking page.
Landing pages
A landing page for each procedure you advertise
A landing page turns a click on your ad into a call, a form or a WhatsApp message. It has no menu, so nothing pulls the patient away.
The $1,500.00 project covers one page in one language with copy we write, a form to your email, a WhatsApp button, tracking events and 2 rounds of changes. It is ready in 10 business days.
A second language adds $500.00. With our ad plans, PPC Growth builds one landing page during setup and improves it once a month, and Pro tests two against each other. More on our landing pages page.
What a clinic landing page carries
A headline in the same words as the ad that brought the patient
Real reviews, the surgeon’s license and board, and photos of your work, all provided by you; we never write reviews
What the procedure includes, and the price or financing if you publish them
A short form with only the fields needed to call back
WhatsApp and phone, for patients who would rather write or call
The three or four answers patients look for before they book
Financing
A financing line needs the full terms
For financing paid back in set payments, Regulation Z lists trigger terms: a down payment, a number of payments, a payment amount or a finance charge. A page that names one must also give the down payment, the repayment terms and the annual percentage rate.
For a deferred interest offer, “no interest” must come with “if paid in full”, stated clearly. That phrase goes before the deferred interest period in the ad. We write that line from the terms your lender gives you.

Questions clinics ask about web design
How much does a website for a plastic surgery clinic cost?
A landing page costs $1,500.00, a business site with up to six pages $4,500.00 and a bilingual site with up to twelve pages $8,500.00, each as a one-time project. You pay half to start and half before launch, and hosting and the domain stay in your name.
Can before-and-after photos hurt how Google shows our site?
They can. SafeSearch is designed to filter out pages with images of exposed breasts or genitals, and Google may filter a whole site that mixes a lot of explicit and non-explicit content. Google recommends a separate domain or subdomain for explicit pages, so we plan the gallery first.
Can our booking form use the Meta pixel and Google tags?
Ask your privacy adviser first. HHS says trackers on a page where patients book without logging in may collect protected health information, such as an email or the reason for the visit. A privacy policy notice alone doesn’t allow it. Meta also prohibits sending health information.
Does our clinic website have to meet WCAG?
If your clinic receives federal financial assistance from HHS, Section 504 requires WCAG 2.1 levels A and AA on its website and apps. The dates are May 11, 2027 with fifteen or more employees, and May 10, 2028 with fewer. Whether your clinic counts as a recipient depends on what it takes from HHS.
Can our team change the site without a developer?
Yes. The site runs on WordPress with Bricks, a visual builder, so a new price, photo or paragraph takes a few clicks and no code. Colours and fonts are global, so changes keep the brand. At handover you get a recorded video and the admin login.
