Cosmetic surgery clinics
Marketing for cosmetic surgery clinics and plastic surgeons, in English and Spanish.
We help cosmetic surgery clinics get found on Google and in AI answers, run Meta and Google ads that end in a conversation, and answer every inquiry. Nothing goes out until the surgeon approves it.

What we do
What we do for a cosmetic surgery clinic
SEO and AI answers
Procedure pages, a Google profile for each surgeon and reviews within the rules.
Website
A clinic site in WordPress that your team edits without code, in one language or two.
Landing pages
One page per procedure for your campaigns, with a form, a WhatsApp button and tracking.
Automation
Tracking for every inquiry and a follow-up so each one gets an answer, even when your team is busy.
The rules
The rules a clinic’s ads have to follow
Cosmetic surgery is one of the most regulated things to advertise. These are the rules we plan every campaign around, from each platform’s own policy and Florida’s Board of Medicine.
We write every ad within these rules, and the surgeon approves each claim before it runs. Our guide on how to run Facebook ads covers the rest of Meta’s setup.
- Meta, age
- Ads for cosmetic procedures or surgeries must target people 18 or older.
- Meta, before and after
- With that 18+ targeting, ads can show before-and-after images.
- Meta, wording
- No ad may attack someone’s appearance or body, or assert or imply the viewer’s health.
- Google Ads, audiences
- Cosmetic surgery is a Health sensitive category: no customer lists or audiences of your own, only Google’s predefined audiences.
- Google Ads, age
- Nobody under 18 is shown personalized ads.
- Florida, names
- An ad must name the physician, and a specialty certification must name the board that awarded it.

Our work
A cosmetic surgery clinic we work with
A cosmetic surgery clinic in South Florida whose patients start the conversation on WhatsApp. From May to September 2026, its WhatsApp campaigns on Meta brought 2,280 conversations, at $4.95 each.
We also built the clinic’s website. Our web design page shows it live, captured on October 3, 2026, on a desktop and on a phone.
How we work
How we work with a clinic
Measurement first
We set up tracking before any campaign, so you see what each one brings back.
The surgeon approves
Every claim, price and photo waits for the surgeon’s OK. Florida holds the physician responsible for the advertising that brings in patients.
Two languages
Ads, posts and reports cost the same in English, Spanish or both. A second language on the website or in SEO is written, so it adds to the price.
Your accounts
Ad accounts, profiles and the website stay in the clinic’s name.
Your numbers
A weekly summary on WhatsApp for ads, and a monthly report for SEO.
What it costs
Every service starts at a set price, with the work it includes counted out. You see the final price before we start.

Questions clinics ask
Can you advertise cosmetic surgery on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Meta requires ads for cosmetic procedures or surgeries to target people 18 or older, and with that targeting they can show before-and-after images. No ad may attack someone’s appearance or imply the viewer’s health. We write within those rules, and the surgeon approves every ad.
Why can’t we use our patient list in Google Ads?
Google puts cosmetic surgery in its Health sensitive category. Ads there can’t use advertiser-curated audiences, such as customer lists or lookalike segments, though they can use Google’s predefined audiences. Nobody under 18 sees personalized ads, so campaigns lean on the searches patients make.
Who approves what the ads and pages say?
The surgeon. Florida’s Board of Medicine holds the physician responsible for the advertising used to bring in patients. It also asks ads to name the physician and the board behind any specialty certification. We draft everything, and nothing goes out until the surgeon approves it.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We write English and Spanish ourselves, and ads, posts and reports cost the same in either language or both. A bilingual website costs more, because the second language is written, not machine-translated. SEO in a second language is written the same way, so it adds to the price too.
How many new patients can we expect?
We don’t promise a date or a number we can’t show you later. Measurement comes first, so you see what each channel brings from the start, and we tell you when to spend less. What we can show you is a clinic we work with: 2,280 WhatsApp conversations in five months, at $4.95 each.
