Results and Earnings Disclaimer

Results and earnings disclaimer: marketing outcomes are not guaranteed, case-study numbers are past results, and testimonials are individual.

feedback-studios.com and our forms

This page explains the limits of the claims, numbers, and content you see across feedback-studios.com. It is written in plain English on purpose. Feedback Studios is a marketing agency, and like any honest agency, we can control the quality of our work but not the outcome it produces in your specific business. Read this alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of results

Feedback Studios does not guarantee any specific result from our work or from anything published on this site. That includes a set number of leads, sales, conversions, keyword rankings, traffic, followers, or revenue. We do not promise that you will earn a particular amount of money, or any money at all, from working with us.

What we do commit to is the agreed scope of work and a professional standard of effort. We bring real skill, current methods, and honest reporting. We cannot bring you a guaranteed payday, and any agency that promises one is not being straight with you.

Plain terms. If you see a number on this site, read it as “this happened once, for someone, under their conditions,” not as “this will happen for you.”

Why results vary so much

Two businesses can buy the exact same service and end up with very different outcomes. That is normal, and it is honest to say so up front. Marketing results depend on a long list of things, many of which sit outside our control.

Some of the factors that move your result, beyond the work itself
Factor Why it matters
Your market Demand, competition, and seasonality differ by industry, location, and language. A crowded market is harder than an open one.
Your budget Ad spend and project scope set a ceiling on reach. The same strategy at a tenth of the budget produces a fraction of the volume.
Your offer and pricing A strong product at a fair price converts. Marketing sends people to your door, but it cannot fix a weak offer.
Execution after launch Speed of follow-up, sales handling, site speed, and inventory all affect whether traffic turns into revenue.
Timing and conditions Platform changes, economic shifts, and your starting point all influence what is possible in a given window.

Because of all this, your past results are not a promise of future results, and another business’s results are not a promise of yours.

About the numbers in our case studies

On our work page and elsewhere, we share case studies with real metrics: traffic gains, lead counts, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and similar. Every one of those numbers is a real result that one specific client saw over a specific period, in their specific market and budget.

Those figures are reported history. They are not a typical result, an average, or a projection for your business. We do not claim they represent what most clients get, and we do not present them as what you should expect. We show them because they are true examples of work we did, and we want you to judge us on real outcomes rather than vague claims.

  • Specific, not typical. A case study is one client’s story, chosen because it is clear and instructive, not because it is average.
  • Time-bound. The result happened in a stated window. Conditions before and after that window were different.
  • Context matters. Where it is useful, we note the budget, market, or starting point so the number means something.

This approach follows the spirit of the Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on advertising and testimonials, which asks businesses to avoid implying that one strong result is what an ordinary customer can expect. You can read that guidance on the FTC advertising and marketing business guidance pages.

About testimonials and reviews

The testimonials and reviews on this site reflect the honest experience of the individual or business who gave them. They are real, they are not paid scripts, and we do not edit them to change their meaning. When a relationship exists that a reasonable reader would want to know about, we disclose it.

A testimonial describes one person’s experience. It is not typical, it is not a guarantee, and it does not predict the result you will get. Someone praising the work they received from us is telling you what happened for them, under their conditions. Your experience may be better, worse, or simply different.

How to read a testimonial. Use it as a signal of how we work and how we treat clients. Do not use it as a forecast of your revenue, your rankings, or your return.

No professional, legal, or financial advice

Feedback Studios is a marketing agency, not an accounting firm or a financial advisor, and it does not give legal advice. Everything on this site, including blog posts, guides and checklists, is general information for education only.

None of it is legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other professional advice, and reading it does not create a professional or client relationship with us in any of those fields. Do not act on this content alone for a decision that carries legal or financial weight. Talk to a licensed professional who can look at your specific situation.

If we mention earnings, savings, growth, or returns anywhere on the site, treat those mentions as illustrative. They are not financial projections and not a promise of income.

Forward-looking statements and estimates

Sometimes we share forecasts, goals, or projections, for example an estimated range of leads from a campaign, or a target timeline. These are forward-looking statements based on the information we have at the time and on reasonable assumptions.

They are estimates, not commitments. Actual results can come in higher or lower, because the factors in section 02 keep changing. When we give you a number to plan around, we will say clearly that it is an estimate, and we will not present it as a guaranteed outcome.

External links and third-party tools

This site links to outside websites, standards bodies, and government resources to support specific points. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control them. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

We also use and reference third-party platforms and tools in our work, such as ad networks, analytics, and search engines. Those platforms have their own rules, performance, and changes, which can affect results in ways no agency can control or guarantee.

Accuracy, errors, and updates

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Information here is provided as is. We may change, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.

This disclaimer can change too. When it does, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version. For the rules that govern your use of the site overall, see our Terms of Service.
