Google Ads in Miami where you work, when you answer.

In Miami, Google Ads is where your ad shows, when it runs and which calls it brings. By default, Google can also show your ad to visitors before they arrive and after they leave. We charge $1,250.00 a month plus a $500.00 setup; ad spend goes to Google.

  • 28.3 millionvisitors to Greater Miami and Miami Beach in 2025

Who sees it

Who sees an ad aimed at Miami-Dade

Search campaigns have two location options. The default, “Presence or interest”, reaches people in the area, people often there and people who have only shown interest in it.

Google reads interest from searches, from places a person visited recently and from pages they read about a place. It isn’t limited to one country: Google’s own example is a search in Paris for a Los Angeles taxi.

The other option, “Presence”, keeps the ad to people in the area or regularly there. Visitors still count while they are here.

For a plumber or a dentist, we set “Presence”: the customer has to be here. For a realtor with buyers abroad, we keep the default.

Kendall

At home · both options

Miami Beach

A week in a hotel · both options

Doral

Chicago

Back home after a trip to Miami · only “Presence or interest”

Bogotá

Searching for a condo in Brickell · only “Presence or interest”

Inside the county

ZIP codes, cities and a radius of at least 1 km

In Google’s list of places, Miami is one city. Hialeah, Doral, Kendall, Coral Gables and Homestead are targets of their own, and so is Miami-Dade County. Choosing Miami is not choosing the county.

Single ZIP codes are targets too, and so are neighborhoods such as Brickell, Wynwood and Little Havana. A radius must be at least 1 km, and Google warns that very small targets may show the ad only now and then.

We draw the area from the ZIP codes you serve, then exclude the ones that click and never call.

Hours and calls

The hours your ad runs and the calls it brings

A new campaign runs “All day” by default. An ad schedule limits it to your hours, with up to 6 time slots a day per campaign.

The schedule follows the account’s time zone, which is set for good when the account is opened. An account opened in Madrid or Bogotá keeps that clock, and changing it means a new account without the old history.

Since February 2026, Google no longer lets you create call ads. Your number goes in a call asset, which you can set to show only while someone answers. A tap on it costs the same as a click.

Call reporting puts a Google forwarding number in the ad. On our Growth plan, which adds call tracking, a call counts as a lead once it lasts as long as a real conversation in your trade.

Google Verified

Local Services Ads: paid per lead, after Google checks you

Local Services Ads show only on Google Search and Maps. You pay for valid leads, such as calls and messages, not for clicks, and there are no keywords: your service categories and areas decide.

First, Google screens the business. By category and state, that can mean license, insurance and background checks, with licenses checked against state databases. A business that passes gets the Google Verified badge.

Google treats plumbing, HVAC and electrical as urgent trades, so it checks their field workers too. Some categories, such as architects and interior designers, open only in California and Florida.

Since August 2026, these ads have been moving into Google Ads as Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals, starting with trades such as plumbing, HVAC and roofing. We run them too, in English and Spanish.

Plans

Starter on Google, Growth when calls need tracking

Starter covers one platform. On Google, that means up to 2 campaigns, 8 new ads a month, the tracking and a weekly summary on WhatsApp. It costs $1,250.00 a month plus a $500.00 setup, with a 3-month minimum. The fee covers up to $5,000.00 a month in ad spend, then 10% of the excess.

Prices do not include sales tax. Where Florida applies it, it is added to the invoice.

Growth runs Google and Meta together, adds call tracking and builds a landing page during setup. We give you the price of Growth and Pro on the call.

Growth covers up to $10,000.00 a month in ad spend, and Pro up to $25,000.00.

Questions

Questions about Google Ads aimed at Miami-Dade

How much does a Google Ads agency cost in Miami?

With us, Starter on Google costs $1,250.00 a month plus a one-time $500.00 setup. The first 3 months are a commitment; after that you can leave any month with 30 days’ written notice. Google bills the clicks to your card, at a price that depends on your trade.

Should my ads reach tourists and buyers abroad?

It depends on what you sell. With “Presence”, visitors see your ads while they are in Miami-Dade. The default, “Presence or interest”, also reaches people elsewhere who show interest in the area. That suits a realtor with buyers abroad far more than a plumber.

Can I show my ads only in some ZIP codes of Miami-Dade?

Yes. Google Ads can target or exclude single ZIP codes, cities such as Hialeah or Doral, neighborhoods such as Brickell, or a radius of at least 1 km. If a place is both targeted and excluded, the exclusion wins. Very small areas may show the ad only now and then.

What does Google check before Local Services Ads run?

It depends on your category and your state. Google can check your license against state databases, your insurance and the owners’ background, and in urgent trades such as plumbing, the field workers too. The background check is free, and screening takes 3 to 4 weeks on average.

Can I see which calls came from my Google ads?

Yes, with call reporting on. Google shows a forwarding number in your ad and records each call: when it started, how long it lasted, whether it was missed and the caller’s area code. On our Growth plan, calls that last as long as you set count as leads.
