One half-day
A half-day shoot at your business
The shot list reaches you before the day, and nothing gets filmed until you sign it off. On the day, the camera follows the people and the work your customers come for, held upright and cut so it reads with the sound off.
One morning of footage serves your feed and your ads. A monthly visit of two hours is part of our Growth and Pro content plans.
PPC plans add fresh video ads monthly: two on Starter, four on Growth, eight on Pro. The first videos wait for your OK before anything is posted, and so does any video with a new offer or claim.
Prices do not include sales tax. Where Florida applies it, it is added to the invoice.

Permits and consent, settled before we film
Miami-Dade’s film office says filming on public property generally needs a permit. Eight cities in the county may also ask for one on private property.
If a take on the shot list happens outside, check with your city before the day. In Miami Beach the city issues the permit itself, not the county office.
Florida law asks for consent before anyone’s name or likeness is used in an ad. It can be written or oral, and for a minor a parent or guardian gives it. Written consent is the easier one to show later.

Hispanic adults use Instagram and TikTok more
In Miami-Dade, 70.3% of residents are Hispanic or Latino. In Pew’s 2025 survey, Hispanic adults lead all US adults by 12 points on Instagram and 20 on TikTok.
Pew does not measure Miami-Dade on its own, so take its figures as a direction. They are one reason we cut every video for a phone held upright, with captions in the language your customers read.

Questions
Before you book a shoot in Miami
How much does video production cost in Miami?
With us, a half-day shoot at your business costs $1,400.00, for 6 vertical videos and 25 photos in 7 business days. A two-hour visit each month is part of the Growth and Pro content plans. Sales tax is added to the invoice where Florida applies it.
Do I need a permit to film at my business?
On public property, generally yes: streets, sidewalks, parks and beaches. Inside your business, it depends on the city. Miami-Dade’s film office lists eight cities that may require a permit on private property too, among them City of Miami, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Check with yours before the day.
Can my customers appear in the videos?
Yes, with their consent. Florida law forbids using a person’s name or likeness in an ad without it, and it can be written or oral. For a minor, a parent or guardian consents. Ask before you film, and keep the answer in writing.
Do you film outside Miami-Dade?
Not in person: the shoots happen inside the county, and trips beyond it are not part of the price. Owners elsewhere record their own footage on a phone and send it over. We turn it into reels, as on our Starter content plan, with captions in one language or two.
Can the same video run as an ad?
Yes. A reel from the shoot can become a Meta or Google ad with the offer on screen. A PPC plan adds new ones monthly, two to eight depending on the plan, and PPC plans start at $1,250.00 a month.
